Yeah, I'm sure he'll be back soon. And the beginning was quite awesome.
The ending genuinely creeped me out, though. Rick had the phone incident in the comics, but with Shane and now Lori, the show has escalated it far beyond what I ever expected them to.

Tonight was a much slower episode than most of the previous episodes this season, but I feel like it did a great job putting all of the pieces in play for the rest of the season. I really liked seeing Andrea in the prison. Felt almost nostalgic as I longed for the 'happier' days (happy isn't a good word to use, I know) of season one. Tyrese going with the Governor was completely unexpected...I am very anxious (and a bit scared) to see how this plays out. I don't want to hate Tyrese I am very excited to see Rick, Michonne, and Carl go to Woodbury next week. I think its safe to assume that Rick and the Governor are going to finally lay eye(s) on each other! On a side note, the group of prison survivors looked and felt like much more of a rag-tag group living on the edge this time, and I absolutely loved that. I think this was mostly because of Andrea's presence and the different quality that she (and Woodbury) brings along. All of the scenes inside the prison felt a lot creepier than usual.

I didn't get the impression they were going to Woodbury next week, I just got the impression they were going for a supply run. I too felt tonight's episode was a bit slower and if not anti-climatic. But it was still good and I also liked seeing Andrea there but I don't much care for her anyway. Merle interacting with them was more interesting to me.

Spoilers for the most recent episode: I felt absolutely terrible seeing Morgan like that :-\ The whole thing between him and Rick was very intense, and very sad. Powerful stuff I loved Michonne's and Carl's development. Its great seeing Michonne really insert herself into the group, and I love that they made reference of her boyfriend. And the backpacker at the beginning and end...I predicted that it would end with them driving by him dead at the end, but them stopping to pick up the backpack...that was a very simple and very effective way of showing just how cold the world has become. Oh, back on the topic of Morgan...I knew that Duane would end up dead, but the whole subplot with his mother

It was one of my favorite episodes i think, not the most but one of them. I liked the direction they took Morgan.

About tonight's episode:
It was great finally seeing Rick and the Governor together, and the stuff with Hershel/Milton and Daryl/Martinez was really fun as well. The tension was through the roof during Rick's and the Gov's negotiations.
Speaking of negotiations...Rick, please don't make Michonne hate you; she has been excellent these past two episodes.
Andrea, thank you for your legitimate attempt at making yourself useful bringing them together.
And on a side note, I like that it was Beth who broke the fight up with the gunshot.
Three episodes to go, and this is all looking to build up to a great ending to a great season! Bring it on!

The Governor was scarier than the zombies last night. Oh, and Milton is awesome.
I'm kind of starting to think that the Governor may actually make it out of this season alive...

I am really interested in seeing what they do with Tyrese at this point...I hope he winds up with Rick's group.
