Definitely a slower episode after the major events of last week, but even still tonight's was chock full of great things. I especially loved the ending with the phone and getting to see more of the Governor's true nature.

What'd you think of the Governor's daughter and his idea of 'entertainment' at the end?
Crazy dude, huh? David Morissey is doing an excellent job playing him. And I'm liking that we're finally getting a bit more of Michonne's personality as well.
And Daryl, he just keeps on getting more and more awesome each episode. Loved seeing him with the baby.

I think the Governor is a weirdo. lol. The fight think was entertaining, mostly because I like everything Merle is in.

Weirdo is a bit of an understatement can't wait to see him once he ends up interacting with the main cast. And Merle, yeah. Merle is always awesome. I'm very interested in finding out just what they're going to do with the character, especially when he sees Daryl. Also, I wonder when they're going to find Carol, and if she's going to be alive or not. Oh, and as a fan of the comics, the phone is something I am very excited to see.

Yeah, definitely. I loved the cutting between the shots of Rick with the baby and Daryl with Carol. Very well edited, and it reminded me a bit of the "I'm sorry this happened to you" scene from the very first episode in the first season.
Its kind of ironic that, at the moment, the only thing keeping Rick somewhat sane is just how insane he is (as it was the phone call with Lori that really gave him closure on her death).
Unfortunately, with Michonne at the prison and Glenn/Maggie in Woodbury, I'm not expecting the happiness to last. Some intense stuff is about to go down, and I'm desperate to see how it all plays out.
Two more episodes left in this half of the season! Its been a wild ride so far!

Yeah, I was actually beginning to warm up to him a bit before last night.

Yep, definitely a great character, just a bad person. I wonder how much influence he's going to have over Daryl.

I don't think it will be a lot, he didn't look for him very hard haha. If he doesn't do anything else really bad I could at least see him redeeming himself to save Daryl from the governor. Unlikely though.
