This documentary will be debuting on YouTube next week, and will then be on the Arrow release of Tremors that is coming in December. This looks fantastic! I've wanted a doc like this on Tremors for a long, long time. youtu.be/0ghgw2beGPE

I finally got to watch this! I posted my thoughts on another site, going to copy and paste them below:
A nice little retrospective documentary on my favorite childhood movie, Tremors. There isn't a ton in the way of brand new information here, but it is a very nice feeling seeing so many members of the cast and crew from the original film back on screen talking about this movie thirty years down the line. Tremors has been in my life for as long as I can remember, and as a kid I used to scour the internet for interviews with all of these people, so watching this documentary really felt like catching up with some old friends.
At the time of this writing, this documentary can be watched on the official Tremors YouTube channel, at the end of the year it will also be bundled with the incredibly long-overdue Arrow UHD release of Tremors. The existing Blu-ray release of Tremors is so riddled with DNR that it is almost unwatchable, so getting a proper restoration from a company as competent as Arrow is a godsend.
Jonathan Melville, author of Seeking Perfection: The Unofficial Tremors Guide, has a presence in this documentary, and I just want to add that his book is a fantastic read for fans of the franchise. If you care enough about the Tremors movies to seek out a documentary like this, then you'd probably really enjoy reading it. He also has a new book coming that is going to be bundled with the Arrow release, so I am very excited for that.
As somebody that really enjoys everything that Stampede Entertainment did with the Tremors series from 1990's original film to 2004's Tremors 4: The Legends Begins but doesn't care for the modern Universal 1440 installments that resurrected the franchise in 2015 without any of the original Stampede crew involved, I will say that seeing Jamie Kennedy in here threw me for a bit of a loop. And the item being examined in the end credits here is, ummm, certainly a choice.

412, still have to go watch the video but like you, I really enjoyed Melville's book. That was an excellent read. Just as an aside, if you like Tremors type entertainment then I can also recommend "Tucker's Monster" by S.S. Wilson as a good read. available for Kindle or in paperback and I did like it.
I guess I really get cranky when I see things like what happened to the Tremors franchise. They really did not remain true to the history at all. The way the Star Trek franchise was restarted with a new cast was, I thought, brilliant and a little thought would have allowed Tremors to continue and remain true to the story line. Shows a lack of respect for the fans, in my opinion, but I'll still follow the release.

I read Tucker's Monster way back when it first released - I actually ordered a copy signed by S.S. Wilson and have it on my shelf.
I should revisit it, though. It has been so long since I read it that I don't remember it very well.

Ooooooo check it out! They just released an uncut version of S.S. Wilson's interview. It is almost triple the length of the full documentary, so hopefully there's some cool new info in here. I haven't watched yet, but I will be soon!
