Michael Gross just put up a post on Facebook with a still from T1, stating that he would post a pics from the four films every Tuesday leading up to the release of T5, which he said will now be in October. Almost immediately after, the post was deleted from Facebook. I'm assuming he spoke too soon and wasn't supposed to let that out yet. Edit: It's back up!

We plan ahead, that way we don't have to do anything right now. Earl explained it to me.

I also saw that, I'm so excited. Tremors 5 is less than a year away.

Here's hoping for some stills sometime soon.
I don't know how trailers work time-wise for DTV films, but I'm assuming we won't be seeing one until, at the earliest, late summer. Maybe even September. I don't think trailers for DTV films usually release as early as they do for theatrical releases.

Honestly, I figured this was bound to happen. For a DTV movie that barely shot over a month, over a year of post-production seemed way too long. October seems like a much more realistic date.
I'm not worried by the change. From the sounds of things we don't have a great effects company working on the CGI anyways, so I'm not expecting all that much in that regard. :/ I just hope the film is shot/edited to a higher standard than most DTV films, like Tremors 2 and 4.

I'm excited to have an earlier date to expect it by, but I am worried with some of the things 412 brought up.
