Yes I have the set and they all look great on my living room hd tv but they all look grainy in my bedroom tv guess my bedroom tv isn't as good but they look great otherwise the only problem I had was the fact that I had to order it online as the stores around here did not stock it and that there were only two disc at least they weren't the flip to watch this movie or else I may have considered sending em back until they came out with a better set on blu ray but all in all I'm glad I bought it they look great and its a bigger thing th people want to believe to get these on blu ray

I don't normally like to buy movies I already own but if the price is right I might upgrade to Tremors on blu-ray. I did the transition of Vhs to dvd with them already.

As I'm in the UK I bought the individual discs - we haven't had a Blu-ray Attack Pack yet.
Sadly there are still very few extras on these, apart from the Making Of on the first film. I recently bought the US version of the DVD Attack Pack and found the original introduction to T1 and a commentary on T4. None of that in the UK.
How often do you watch a Tremors film?

We plan ahead, that way we don't have to do anything right now. Earl explained it to me.

I got the bluray attack pack and I think the quality is quite good. I just wish we could get some more special features.

I just wish we could get some more special features. Agreed, especially for the second and third films (since the first and fourth have at least some). I'd really love to have a bunch more making-of featurettes and and commentaries.

I thought the first one and fourth one were the on;y ones that had any good features as well, how much better is the quality on the bluray for an older movie?

I thought the first one and fourth one were the on;y ones that had any good features as well, how much better is the quality on the bluray for an older movie? It depends on the transfer. Something like the recent Robocop release, or the Alien Blu-ray, that has been remastered usually (if done right) looks fantastic. I have the original release of Tremors on Blu-ray that came out a few years back and, while the quality isn't anywhere near as good as those remasterings, I'd say that it looks better than the DVD did.

That's cool, I think it'd probably take some new special features for me to buy the movie again though unless something happens to the ones I got already. I just have the single dvd releases of them all, bought individually over the years.

I didn't know the Attack Pack came out on Blu Ray. I do have the first Tremors on Blu Ray & I don't see the difference & I have a new Sony HD TV.

The first Tremors on Blu-ray is regarded as a trainwreck, just a tad bit better than the DVD. It's too bad they didn't do something special for the 25th anniversary this year. Oh, there IS a 25th anniversary Blu-ray out in the UK, but it's the exact same transfer as before.

Anyone know if the set is still sold with the kick-ass slipcover?

After the transfer of the first one I didn't get any of the other films on Blu-ray (except 5 but uhh, yeah... Tremors 5...).

After the transfer of the first one I didn't get any of the other films on Blu-ray (except 5 but uhh, yeah... Tremors 5...). The remaining 3 actually looks good on Blu-ray, nothing like the trainwreck of the first. Definitely pick it up!
