I wish I could be excited for this. But I'm just not... Don Michael Paul again, still no Stampede... Eh. Tremors 6 Announcement

I'd be happier if it was Stampede too, but I'm more excited for it than I am Bacon's show, so. I guess that's something. I really hope they go back to Perfection and maybe get some of the other original characters in it. At least for a little bit. I NEED TO SEE HOW MY PEEPS DOIN'.

If it has some tie in to characters from the original TV series I will be much more excited about it. Cannot wait for more information.
Might be time to message SS Wilson again and see if he has any thoughts.

He's already stated on the FAQ (which has been recently updated again) that any Tremors 5 and 6 questions should be directed at Universal rather than him.
I just hope, whatever new lifecycle additions we get, they respect the original creatures more than what we got in Bloodlines. There was such a great oppertunity to show us a new strain of African Graboid/Assblaster, but instead what we got were generic movie monsters that couldn't feel any farther removed from the traditional Graboid lifecycle.
And Burt having a son that isn't Heather's still rubs me the wrong way, as does the way the film just seemingly ignored the TV series.
And the fact that it just wasn't a well made film overall.
I would love to see a return to Perfection and some returning characters (including El Blanco), but I hope that if that happens they are treated with more respect than what Tremors 5 provided.
I want this to be great, and I wish the project all the best, for Michael especially, but I won't get my hopes up the way I did the last time.

I'm not the biggest fan of Tremors 5, but I was still excited as hell to read about this on Michael's Facebook page last night. Any Tremors we get is better than no Tremors, IMO.

It is a shame that stampede is not involved anymore, it was extremely noticeable in T5. But honestly, I cannot be more excited for anything new tremors. Although if T6 is like T5 then I will be more excited for Bacons series just to see what he does with it and where it goes will be very interesting. I will try and find the good in the new movie but I can't rewatch T5 1000 like I have all the other movies; I will give this one a shot I just hope they get back to a more tremors feel

Like you guys, I have a lot of doubts about any new products from the T5 guys. Still I am such a fan of the franchise that I will give it a shot. Like Tressdady51, I don't rematch T5 like I do the others.

It sounds like I am the only one who found enough enjoyment in Tremors 5. I look forward to number 6 regardless.

Mr EB, A bad Tremors movie is better than no Tremors movie ... I just wish the movie clowns would be more careful of the fan base.
