We could kill a few Graboids, then let some of them hatch into Shriekers and then kill the shriekers.

i have to go with earl he awsome and i want to go graboid hunting Earl's Transition between Tremors 1 and Tremors 2 was a huge change, he is almost a completely different person in part 2, I like him better in part 2 but i also like him part 1 as well.

He didnt seem that different to me. In Tremors 1 Earl seems a little less aware than in T 2. By T2 Burt trusts Earl to "check him out" on the use of firearms. Earl is a little (to my eye) more aware of the risks - he was always the "idea" man, but now seems a little better founded in (OK, I know I'm taking about whale sized, man eating worms here but i'm saying it anyway) reality.

It is interesting that there is some fine acting in the films and almost no recognition of that fact. I guess Sci-Fi will never get an academy award but it seems a shame that really fine performances are not recognized.
